Todd
“Stubby” Olson is the General
Manager of the fish and also plays
infield. Todd grew up on Lake Omsrud
just west of Hanska where he learned how
effective dynamite was in fishing. He
once caught 475 Bullheads in three and a
half minutes… still a Brown County
record. Todd is a graphic designer who,
in his spare time, enjoys streaking
through fast food joints in southern
Minnesota.

“The Mongoose” Jacobs is the senior
statesmen for the Bullheads. Jacobs, who
once doctored his license so he could
drink in 10th grade, now alters it so he
can get 30 cents off an omelet from the
senior menu at Perkins. As the owner of
Jacobs-Meidl Music in New Ulm, Bruce
once had a gig as a one-man band at
George’s Ballroom but had to cancel
when his multiple personalities clashed
and refused to go on stage.

“Gief” Giefer is the youngest of
this batch of Bullheads. When Giefer was
3, he wandered off during a trip to
Itasca State Park and wasn’t found for
six years. Raised by a pack of wolves
during that time, Giefer’s hard work
and dedication to the pack gained him
the status of Alpha Male. As a result,
the Bullheads have had to cancel most of
their night games, because the howling
thing just got too embarrassing.

“Radar” Felber spends his weekdays
bossing people around at New Ulm Telcom,
and his weekends Snipe hunting near Lake
Hanska. An avid outdoorsman, this
Oklahoma native likes to “wet his
line” anytime he gets a chance. Felber
is the resident Mr. Maintenance, if
there is something that needs to be
done, there is a good chance Al knows
how to do it.

“Caffeine” Erdman plays both infield
and outfield for the Bullheads. As high
strung as a stray dog in Asia, it’s
been rumored that Erdman is a major
reason for the introduction of Ritalin.
Some professional scouts came and
watched Erdy play in high school and
told him he had a good chance of being
drafted… so he ran away and spent the
next four months hiding in Canada.

Brian
Sieve was once told that gullible was
not a word, so he got a dictionary and
looked it up. "Siever" enjoys
his job as a cabinet-maker by day, and
enjoys working with wood at night. He
was voted the recipient of the Oscar
Mayer Award last year for the Bullheads,
after he confided to teammates that his
bologna had a first name.

Fauth is a new face in the Bullheads
line up this year. Born and raised in
San Diego, CA. Fauth had aspirations of
becoming a self help talk show host, and
was all set to begin his TV career with
“From the Mouth of Fauth”, but the
producers got some guy named Dr. Phil
instead. Fauth officiates high school
and college basketball in his spare time
because there’s nothing quite like
having 4,000 people screaming and
swearing at you for two hours a night.

“The Incredible” Hulke is a crafty
Southpaw pitcher and a rare lefthanded
catcher. Raised on a dairy farm near
Courtland, Hulke continues the family
tradition of pulling teets twice a day,
seven days a week. The quick witted
Hulke keeps the guys loose with his
intellectual humor which is often far
too sophisticated for this band of
simpletons. People Magazine recently
voted Hulke as the most eligible
bachelor on the Bullheads

Tom
“Stoner” Steinbach has come a long
way since growing up on New Ulm’s
rough West Side, where he spent much of
his youth involved in Gangs. He said the
toughest gang he was part of during his
youth was the Cub Scouts, but the figure
skating club had some bad asses in it,
too. Tom recently took a job as a
bartender at the Searles Bar and Grill.
We’re not sure how much he likes it,
but at least it keeps him off the other
side of the bar a couple days a week.

the bases like a Gazelle, but now
circles the bags more like a Warthog
that’s taken one too many tranquilizer
darts. Maybe the only still-active
Minnesota State Amateur Baseball Hall of
Famer, Seidl pitches, plays third base,
and verbally demoralizes his teammates
every chance he gets. A big wig at 3M,
Siedl farms part time so he can write
off his Post It Notes income

“Steiny” Steinbach was a perennial
last pick for kickball on the
playgrounds of New Ulm in Elementary
school. Terry had dreams of being an
infielder in the major leagues, but
somewhere along the line it was just
like Little League when one of his
coaches said “let’s put the slow guy
at catcher”. Unfortunately for Terry,
his 15 years in the majors prevented him
from recognizing his childhood dreams of
becoming a corn de-tasseler.
