Began playing career in 1953 as a member of the Elgin Hawks in one of the early "Little League" programs in the United States. Went on to play shortstop for Elgin (Illinois) High School and the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago. Graduated with Degree in Electrical Engineering in 1963 and worked in the computer industry for Control Data Corporation in Minneapolis before moving to the Hearing Aid Industry where he spent 30 years in General Management. Elected as a Township Official in 1999 in Scott County, Minnesota. Played "Slow Pitch" softball for 25 years before returning to "real baseball" in the Minnesota Senior League in 1990 with the Edina Padres. Hit a "tape measure" home run on 50th birthday in 1991 off veteran pitcher John Brieschke of the Minneapolis Bombers. Was co-founder of the St. Louis Park Cardinals. Serves on the Board of Directors of MSMABA as well as Secretary for the organization.

Matt is a Special Education teacher in Bloomington Minnesota and feels fortunate to have such a great job!  He went to college and played baseball for The University of St. Thomas. Matt played Town Team baseball for 11 years for St. Louis Park in the Riverview League.  During this time, Matt was a part of 2 State Championships and three 2nd place finishes.  In his spare time he enjoys taking teammate Dan Ringstad's poker chips.  Matt is also co-owner/founder of Basement Authentics with college buddy Jeremy Drentlaw of Prior Lake MN.

Born and raised in Jordan where he graduated from high school in 1988. Went on to St. Cloud State where he majored in Speech Communications and played baseball. Owns his own home inspection business. Enjoys swimming and has an affinity for cats. Dean claims to have the "biggest head" on the team and recommends "eating one egg a day". Why ? "Because it's good for ya" . Dean is single and lives in Savage, MN.

"Mac" grew up in Bloomington and graduated from Kennedy High School in 1987. Played against Mariner teammate Jim Manfred (Bloomington Jefferson). Went on to play ball for 4 years at St. Cloud State. Played softball in the Metro area for 17 years before getting back into "real baseball" in 2009 with the Mariners. Employed as a sales executive with Daily Printing in Plymouth for since 1993. Married to Kitty, a graphic designer and part time actress in local theaters in the Twin Cities  The couple recently built a new home in South Minneapolis. A "serious" golfer in his spare time.

Born in Green Bay, WI within walking distance of Lambeau Field. Attended Green Bay Notre Dame high school where he starred in football, was a member of the State Championship FB team and selected Player of the Year in 1993. Went on the the University of Wisconsin at LaCrosse where he played on the undefeated National Championship (D3) team and won All American honors as a running back in 1995. Played professional football in Europe for one year with Italy's Ancona Dolphins. Still active in touch and flag football. Joins the Mariners for the 2010 season after playing last season with the Minnetonka Caveliers. He and wife Michelle have two children, Samantha age 7 and Jaxson aged 4. Owns Barrett Consulting, a mortgage consulting business.

Born in Osage, Iowa, and grew up in Lyle, MN where he played on the varsity high school baseball team beginning in seventh grade. Led the team in hitting for 4 straight years. Following graduation in 1988, Scott attended Austin Community College where he played baseball for 2 years and then went on to Mankato State where he graduated in 1993 with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. Owns his own financial advisory firm representing Sammons Securities. Played softball for 15 years around the Metro area and then took up baseball in 2004. Prior to joining the Mariners, Scott played one year for the New Prague Robins in the MSMABA. Has a an 11 year old son who is an avid hockey player as well as an aspiring ballplayer and golfer. .   .
